Description

A grumpy river baby.

Charles (don't call him Charlie, ugh) is the younger brother of Mina (although he'll deny their relation in front of strangers).

He adores canes (fancy looking curtain rods) and has a sizable collection he's hoarded. Unlike his sister, who hates wearing clothes, he loves to dress up in fancy duds and will find any excuse to do so (fancy dweeb).

Although they were both born in the Swamp (where Mina still lives) he will avoid going back if necessary. He is perfectly at home with the free flowing, clean river he calls home.
